What you get

Six things we commit to

Not perks. The things carers tell us actually decide whether an agency is worth working for.

Ask us anything — 07555 778545
  1. 01

Weekly pay, checked before it runs

Paid weekly in arrears with holiday accrued on every hour. Your timesheet is checked against the rota before payroll, so pay errors get caught before your bank account does.

  2. 02

    Free enhanced DBS

We apply and we pay. If you already hold one on the Update Service we run a free status check instead, which usually means starting weeks sooner.

  3. 03

    Mandatory training, funded

Care Certificate, safeguarding, moving and handling, medication, basic life support and infection control — booked and paid for by us, including refreshers before they expire.

  4. 04

    Shifts that fit your life

You set your availability, travel radius and whether you will do sleep-ins or nights. We only offer work that matches, and you can change it any time.

  5. 05

A coordinator who knows your name

Not a call centre. One person who knows where you like working, which services suit you, and what you said last week.

  6. 06

A route to senior and management roles

We fund Level 3 for carers who want it, and we place team leaders, deputies and registered managers — so there is somewhere to go.

Applying

Nine short sections, done with a coordinator

Send us your details and a coordinator rings you back. From there we build your onboarding pack together — on the phone, by email, or in the office if you prefer — and chase everything that needs chasing.

  • Most people finish the pack in a couple of short calls
  • We apply for your DBS and chase your references
  • You see exactly which checks are outstanding at every step
  • A copy of your completed pack is yours to keep
  • Prefer paper or a face-to-face session? We will do it with you instead

“The onboarding was all on my phone and I could stop and start it around my shifts. I was working within a fortnight and someone actually answered when I rang.”
Grace M. — Senior Care Assistant, placed by CareCore

New to care? That is genuinely fine.

For most care assistant roles we can work with the right attitude and no formal experience. We fund the Care Certificate and all your mandatory training, and we will not put you on a shift you are not ready for.

Questions

Everything carers ask us

Applying, pay, DBS, training and what to expect from us.

Not answered here? Ring the office — we would rather talk it through than have you guess.

The form has nine short sections and most people finish it in 30 to 40 minutes. It saves as you type, so you can do a section on a break and come back later. Nothing is lost if you close the page.

Ready when you are

Two minutes to send us your details. Then a real person calls you, and we build the rest of your onboarding pack together.
