Care recruitment

Carers who have done the work before, screened for this sector only.

We recruit for adult and children's social care and nothing else. Every applicant goes through the same nine-section onboarding pack, a values-based screening call and a full history check before their name reaches your inbox — so a shortlist from us is a list of people you could actually put on a rota.

Who buys this

This service suits you if…

  • Registered managers covering sickness, vacancies and rota gaps
  • Providers opening a new service and needing a full team from scratch
  • Operations leads who are tired of CVs that don't hold up to checks

The problem

What this actually fixes

Written from what providers tell us on the first call, not from a benefits list.

  1. 01

    Generalist agencies send generalist staff

A temp who has worked warehouses and hospitality is not ready for a double-up hoist transfer or a distressed resident with advanced dementia. We only place people with adult or children's social care experience, or people we have taken through the Care Certificate ourselves.

  2. 02

Shortlists that fall apart at the checking stage

Most wasted recruitment time is spent on candidates who cannot evidence right to work, cannot produce two references, or go quiet when a DBS is mentioned. We front-load all of that, so nobody reaches your shortlist unchecked.

  3. 03

Nobody answers the phone at 6am

Cover problems happen before the office opens. Our coordinators run an on-call rota so a 5.40am sickness call gets a person, not a voicemail.

Included

What you get, in full

No tiers, no add-on modules. This is the service.

01

Values-based screening interview

A structured 30-minute call covering scenarios, not just experience — dignity, escalation, safeguarding instincts and how they handle being rushed.

02

Full nine-section application pack

Personal details, complete employment history with gaps explained, training records, DBS and disclosures, two references, documents, health and adjustments, and a signed declaration.

03

Identity and right to work verification

Passport or share code checked against the Home Office online service, with the date of the check recorded against the worker.

04

Placement matching

Matched on postcode and travel radius, shift patterns including sleep-ins and waking nights, specialism, and whether they drive.

05

A named coordinator

One person who knows your service, your residents and which of our workers you have asked for again.

06

Complete personnel file on day one

You receive the full pack as a print-ready PDF for your own records before the first shift starts.

Screening

Out of a hundred applicants, fourteen reach your shortlist

Filtering is the product. Anyone can forward a CV — the work is in the eighty-six people who do not get sent to you, and in being able to say exactly why.

Figures are our rolling twelve-month average across adult social care roles. Complex care and nursing run tighter.

The difference was that they recruited for nights specifically. Previous agencies sent whoever was free. By the third week my seniors were asking for people by name.

Questions

About care recruitment

What providers ask us most often about this service specifically.

All FAQs
For a service we already work with, same-day cover is often possible if we hear before mid-morning. For a new service, allow 48 hours for the first placement so we can brief the worker properly on your residents and layout.
