We are a few minutes from the A41 and roughly fifteen minutes from junction 9 of the M40. Bicester North and Bicester Village stations are both a short taxi ride.

- A41 to Bicester, then Fallowfields Court. On-site parking for visitors.
- By train
- Bicester North (Chiltern) or Bicester Village (GWR), both ~10 minutes by taxi.
- By bus
- Local services to Bicester town centre, then a 15-minute walk.
