The process

One process, two very different experiences

Providers want speed and evidence. Care workers want to be treated like a person and paid correctly. Both are the same process seen from different ends — pick your side and we will walk you through it properly.

The journey, step by step

  1. 1

    Day one

    A five-minute brief

Role, shift pattern, location, start date, and anything specific about your residents or layout. Phone, email or the form — whichever is quickest for you. We tell you honestly on that call whether we can cover it and by when.

No account, no contract, no onboarding process to complete first

  2. 2

    Day one to two

We match from a cleared pool

We shortlist from workers who are already checked — right to work verified, DBS position known, two references received — and filter on postcode, travel radius, shift preference and specialism. You see a shortlist, not a pile of CVs.

Typical time to first suitable candidate: 48 hours

  3. 3

    Before the first shift

The file lands before the worker does

You receive the complete personnel pack as a print-ready PDF: history, training with expiry dates, DBS details, both references, documents and signed declarations. Nothing to chase afterwards.

    Print-ready pack plus machine-readable export

  4. 4

    The shift itself

    Briefed, not just booked

For a first placement we arrange for the worker to walk the service with a senior beforehand where you can accommodate it — meeting residents, learning the handover routine, finding the sluice. One hour that removes most first-shift friction.

  5. 5

    Ongoing

We keep tracking after the placement

Training expiry, DBS currency and reference validity stay monitored for as long as the worker is with you. Anything inside sixty days of lapsing is flagged and the refresher booked.

Monthly management pack on retained services

What we commit to

The timings we hold ourselves to

Published because a commitment you cannot check is not a commitment. If we miss one, tell your coordinator and we will explain why.

Your part

What we need from you to make this work

Short lists, because there genuinely isn't much.

If you're a provider

  • An honest brief — including the bits that make the shift hard to fill
  • One named contact who can confirm bookings
  • Somewhere for the worker to be shown round before a first shift
  • Feedback, quickly, if a worker is not right — we would rather know

If you're a care worker

  • A complete history, including any gaps — a gap is never the problem
  • Two referees with work email addresses where possible
  • Photo ID, proof of address and right to work evidence
  • A straight answer on convictions and safeguarding history

Whichever side you're on, it starts with a conversation

Providers: tell us the gap. Care workers: start an application and we will call you. Both take about five minutes.
