Services
Three services that solve three different problems
Recruitment gets people through the door. Compliance keeps their evidence current. Administration takes the recurring paperwork off your manager. Buy one, or let us run all three as a single workforce function.

What each service actually covers
The overlap is deliberate — recruitment includes the checks for the people we place, while compliance extends that same tracking to staff you employ directly.

Service 01
Care recruitment
We recruit for adult and children's social care and nothing else. Every applicant goes through the same nine-section onboarding pack, a values-based screening call and a full history check before their name reaches your inbox — so a shortlist from us is a list of people you could actually put on a rota.
- Values-based screening interview
- Full nine-section application pack
- Identity and right to work verification
- Placement matching

Service 02
Workforce compliance
Staffing files are one of the most common places a good service loses marks. We hold a live record for every worker — right to work, enhanced DBS and Update Service status, two verified references, and each mandatory training module with its expiry — and we chase what is about to run out rather than telling you after it has.
- Enhanced DBS applications and status checks
- Two-reference minimum, most recent employer always
- Right to work and share code verification
- Mandatory training matrix

Service 03
Care administration
Registered managers should be in services, not chasing timesheets. We take on the recurring administration that fills a manager's week — personnel files, timesheet collection and checking, payroll-ready exports, contract and induction paperwork — and hand back a day or more of clinical time.
- Digital personnel files
- Timesheet collection and checking
- Rota and on-call support
- Induction and contract paperwork
Common questions
Choosing between them
Questions about combining services and where the boundaries sit. Questions specific to one service are answered on its own page.
All frequently asked questions- Yes, and most providers do. Around two thirds start with recruitment and add compliance or administration within the first year, usually because they see the tracking we already do for placed workers and want it across their whole team.
Start with a conversation, not a contract
